After several years of being available only through special orders, the JFR Connecticut Super Toro is back in the regular lineup, featuring new packaging and the same great taste. Produced by Casa Fernandez in Nicaragua, this cigar features bold Aganorsa binder and filler tobaccos, wrapped in a golden-brown Ecuadorian Connecticut leaf.

Originally offered as a raw cigar without bands or boxes, the new release boasts a luxurious cream-colored band outlined in gold foil and comes in a tissue sleeve. Each cigar has a pigtail cap and a firm roll, allowing for an easy draw and ample smoke.

Upon lighting, it quickly becomes clear that this isn’t your typical Connecticut cigar. It starts with spicy Nicaraguan pepper and a chewy raw tobacco backbone, evolving into notes of cedar and cream. The finish is clean and spicy, with a medium-full flavor profile.
